Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni expressed support for the proposed 10% U.S. tariffs on European Union goods, suggesting they would not significantly affect businesses. Speaking after the recent NATO summit, Meloni said she is “pretty much in agreement” with the potential tariff arrangement between the EU and the U.S.

According to the Prime Minister, the impact of such tariffs on European and Italian businesses would be minimal. “It wouldn’t have a particularly significant impact,” she noted, suggesting that trade relations would remain stable despite the move.
